A conscious-connected breathing session

Breathwork is not new, and it belongs to no one. It carries a long lineage — Holotropic, Rebirthing, pranayama before that. What it does is older still: it changes the chemistry of the blood and the activity of the brain — and allows you to contact and work with your consciousness at the deepest levels.

A breathwork Activation engages your own breathing pattern. There is nothing to do correctly — the breath finds its own way, and the work is simply to stay with it and see where it goes.

Some of what happens in the room is beyond technique. It is presence — the quality of attention one person can hold for another, and what moves between them in the holding. That, too, is part of the work.
