Return to centre.
Direct, private, and built around the load you carry.
A private breathwork practice for people whose name on a calendar is its own complication — founders, leaders, public figures. The work is unchanged. The holding is more discreet.
Why this earns the time.
The case is not made by claiming results, but by naming what most clients know needs attention — and what changes when that attention is given.
You have been holding the breath without knowing.
Stress is muscular before it is anything else. The diaphragm has been gripped for years. The work unwinds what "managing it" did not.
Decisions that should be easy have started being hard.
Decision fatigue is not a failure of discipline, it is a nervous system that has never been allowed to finish discharging. The breath gives it that chance. Sleep does the rest.
There is something you have not met yet.
A grief, a fear, a shape you have forgotten — and yet it remains. The body knows where it lives. Therapy can help, but the breath lets it move.
The room changes when you walk in.
Your attention is the instrument you lead with — and the first thing a demanding life blunts. This work gives it room to rejuvenate and deepen. Most clients first notice the change in how meetings end.
You suspect you are not who the diary says you are.
There is a self underneath the operating system. It is not new-age; it simply exists far beyond the company. Most sessions are, in essence, a journey towards meeting it again.
There is a part of you that doesn't get much attention.
Not the professional, not the role — the person underneath it. That part is the one the breath reaches, the holding reaches. It is usually the one that is most tired.
Jon has held senior management roles for many years, alongside practicing and offering breathwork throughout. The two worlds are mutually supportive — a strong life means a strong process.
How it works.
Entry
By application. Jon reads every application personally and responds within five working days. There is no automatic acceptance — but every serious request is treated with absolute respect.
Sessions
One-to-one, in a dedicated location, with the whole space and the whole session given to you.
Pace
The caseload is intentionally small. Work happens at the pace that serves the work, not a commercial schedule.
Reach
London-based, with travel across the UK and EU by arrangement, and online wherever it serves the work.
If your office needs to assure itself, a full security and data-handling overview is available for your IT or security function on request.
Discretion is the default.
No shared spaces
No group, no waiting room, no other clients present — you won't cross paths with anyone.
Confidentiality
Nothing discussed or experienced is shared. NDA available on request for matters that require formal assurance.
No visible record
Jon's private caseload is not listed. Your attendance is not referenced, mentioned, or used as a credential — ever.
Held in confidence — digitally too
Your details are encrypted and kept to a minimum — never marketed to or used to train AI, and never recorded without your consent.
Ways to work privately.
Private engagements can be tailored to an individual’s needs, or chosen from the formats below — each arranged directly with Jon.
The Private Programme
A three-to-six month arc: regular sessions, practices built for you, and light support between them. The deepest form of the work.
A regular touchpoint
One session a month, or two for a steadier rhythm — a lighter way in, or a way to keep the work going. Fortnightly tends to hold momentum best.
Bespoke intensives
A half or full day, for one person or a couple. A space to go deep, or a fuller way to begin — shaped for what you bring.
On location
Wherever suits: home, office, hotel, club.
Online
A full channel in its own right, for travel and international work. As deep as being in the room.
The Executive Reset
More intensive periodic maintenance of a life under sustained load.
Fireside & speaking
A talk or gathering at a private event — as an introduction, or a regular occurrence.
For all the directness, the work itself asks the opposite.
Stop steering, and see where the breath takes you.
